Intrinsic Value

Intrinsic value is an ethical and philosophic property. It is the ethical or philosophic value that an object has “in itself” and in this case humans or “for its own sake”, as an intrinsic property.

In other words each person has values that they value in themselves and that makes them who they are.

Examples are education, social status, money, neatness, religion, trustworthiness, competitive, leadership, optimistic, never say die attitude and every problem is an opportunity for success.

The better you understand the intrinsic values of each person you meet or deal with, the better understanding you will have to increase communication and decrease stress.
